Since Iain gave me the privilage to mod the art forums, I asked if I should post a few rather common sense rules up as well as helpful hints when posting your own artwork or someone else's (as long as you give them credit, it's fine, just don't go around, mouthing off that YOU drew the piece when it's quite obvious that you didn't. ). So, here we go... please refer to this page when you wish to ask a certain question about the art forums, okay?
What's Acceptable?
-Art: drawings, sketchings, inks, coloring with any media (paint, Photoshop, blood... okay, no blood, seriously).
-You're own work (this is greatly encouraged), meaning YOU drew it, not TRACED it or STOLE it...
-you are allowed to post other people's artwork as long as you do these three things
--1) Give full credit to the original artist (if it's in Japanese, then please inform us that it's from a Japanese source)
--2) Give a link to the webpage as proof (that and so that we can see more of the person's art)
--3) Dare not try to lie and say you drew it. Chances are I or another artist have visited the Japanese site and have seen it before.
-either a good critque (advise for improvements on pictures or styles) or a good comment in general are always encouraging to the artist, but be gentle. No one's perfect...
What's NOT Acceptable
-stealing someone else's art and proclaiming it to be yours
-posting someone else's art and NOT giving them credit
-completely dissing someone else's artwork, example saying it looks like someone just eat beefarooni and spit all over the paper is NOT acceptable
-spamming... don't spam, PLEASE... don't spam!
-anything that is not acceptable to the overall rules
Punishmens for violating rules will be strict should you spam, start a fight with another person, or violate any of the overall rules, so don't risk it please
Okay, now that the rules are laid out, I will give out hints to posting pictures on this board.
Webpages that DON'T to hotlinking
-Deviantart
-Side7
-Geocities (actually, there is a way to get around this, but I don't know)
-Angelfire (same as above, but I don't know the method)
-Tripod
-Kongming.net - see below for similar reasons
-also, no hotlinking off of YueYing.net's place either; she has limited bandwidth and space and can't support it, so if you see any art there that you wanna post here, please save the picture yourself and upload it at this page that I'm about to tell you about.
Pages that does allow Hotlinking
www.1asphost.com - just go ahead and sign up for an account. I do my pictures here.
-If you know anymore, tell me.
HOW TO POST PICTURES
To the ones that don't know. See the box above, fourth one on the second row? With a picture? click on that, and you should come up with <(in lowercase). Click on that, delete URL and type or paste the URL to the picture there. However, if you want to save trouble and jsut post a link, click the second button on the second row and you'll get . Insert the address there in between the two codes and badabing badaboom. That way, you don't ahve to worry about the whole hotlinking hassle, except for Geocities. Geocities's a pain, so you have to open a new window, copy the image, and paste... then you can view it.

If anyone has anything else they'd like to add, go ahead and post. I know there are a few things missing.
