command decisions runs through famous battles, asking you which option of 3 you would do in certain situations, then shows you which one was right and why.

I fully recommend watching decisive battles as it is a great show (though you do wonder about the choices people make ....)

The show was called Time Commanders in the uk and was on a few months ago - the new series won't be too long away.
