Most of the best information on the 3K heroes is at kongming.net
Sanguozhi Officer Biography Translations, written and compiled by the scholar Chen Shou, Sanguozhi serves as a factual record about the Sanguo era. Unlike Luo Guanzhong’s Romance of the Three Kingdoms, (Sanguo yanyi,) Sanguozhi (SGZ) is used as historical reference and can be used for historical essays and manuscripts.

You can find other SGZ profiles at RTK Frontier too,
3kingdoms.net Frontier Palace
SGZ Biographies
I would also recommend the collective works of Dr Rafe de Crespigny Adjunct Professor with the China and Korea Centre; who specialises in Chinese history, geography and literature of the Han period.

There are also some other sites that can help with extra info too, the books Empresses and Consorts: Selections from Chen Shou's Records of the Three States with Pei Songzhi's Commentary. As well as Generals of the South: The Foundation and Early History of the Three Kingdoms State of Wu by Rafe De Crespigny. Are both excellent reads that fill in the gaps on the 3K SGZ officer bios nicely. Unfotunately both books are now out of print so you have to search for used copys or a online version.
I hope all that information is as much use to you all as it has been to myself since I became interested in the Three Kingdoms period.
I will attempt to share more good sites as I find them.
